SHIPPING, RETURNS and WARRANTY

 

 

Our Shipping Policy

MiniNests generally ship orders in 2- 3 weeks from time of purchase. We offers free standard shipping via UPS Ground on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States.  All "Estimated Shipping" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional shipping charge.

Please allow 14–21 business days for us to build your camper and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Our Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Mininests products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for a refund (minus return shipping) within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

  • All returns must be initiated by contacting MiniNests within 30 days of original purchase.

  • Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

  • The Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

  • All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point and you wish to have UPS pick the package you will incur an additional return shipping fee

 

Your refund will be processed once the return in received. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase.

Our Warranty - A product found to be defective due to material or workmanship within one year will be replaced or repaired following product evaluation. This warranty does not include misuse or neglect of the product.


Liability - MiniNests is NOT responsible for any product that is not used as intended. MiniNests is not responsible for the performance of or misuse of third party products such as stoves, faucets and water jugs. All third party product warranties are the responsibility of those manufacturers.
